Children's Ministries
The children's ministries at Bull Street exist to teach children, from birth through the 5th grade, how they can know Christ and tell of his amazing grace. Ministry to children and their families takes place on Sunday mornings and Wednesday evenings.
Nursery
We offer nursery service for children from birth to 5 years old as well as Sunday School classes for older children. Childcare is available at both 9:15am for Adult Bible Study Group hour and at 10:45 am for corporate worship.
SUNDAY SCHOOL CLASSES
Nursery: 0-2 year olds
Preschool: 3-5 year olds
WORSHIP HOUR
Infants: 0-9mo
Cruisers: 9mo - walking
Toddlers: Walking until potty-trained
Preschool: Children who are potty-trained
There is a nursing mothers room located in the nursery area in addition to the classroom spaces listed above. Should you need to access the nursing mothers room during that time, please see the Nursery Supervisor at the check-in desk.
When you bring your child to our secure nursery area, please bring a diaper bag with anything your child may need. We do provide snacks and juice during the 10:45 worship time. Parents are asked for medical/allergy information during the check-in procedure. All Sunday school teachers and nursery volunteers who serve in children's ministry areas have submitted themselves to a background check.
Children's Sunday School
Our children's Sunday School classes for elementary-aged children grades K-5th purposefully presents God as the main character in each lesson. Each lesson focuses on the magnificent character of the One who can satisfy all our longings; showing children the greatness of God gives them a basis to respond to Him. These two Sunday school classes use Lifeway's Gospel Project Curriculum:
Children are required to be checked-in by a parent at the 2nd floor check-in station.
Wednesday night BSBC Kids
Come play, learn and grow with us at BSBC Kids. Fun for all ages with age-appropriate teaching! We have fun together by playing, making things and messes, and learning about God's plan of redemption throughout Scripture.
Children in grades K - 5 gather together during the school year on Wednesday nights from 6:30-8:00pm on the 2nd floor of the education building. Nursery is available for ages NB - 5.
